In this appeal, John Doe (Appellant) asks whether the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County (trial court) erred in denying his request for permanent injunction, pursuant to the Criminal History Records Information Act (CHRIA), 18 Pa. C.S. §§ 9101-9183, against Stephen A.
