MINORA, J.,
I. INTRODUCTION
Before the Court is Plaintiff iDropped, Inc.’s (“iDropped”) Request for a Permanent Injunction against Defendant Timothy Summo (“Summo”). Plaintiff iDropped filed its request for a preliminary injunction on February 24, 2015, which was denied without prejudice by the Court. A hearing for permanent injunctive relief was then held on March 3, 2015 before the undersigned Judge.
