I. BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Daryoush Taha brings this putative class action suit against, inter alia, Bucks County and the Bucks County Correctional Facility (collectively, “the County Defendants”), alleging that the County Defendants published his expunged arrest record on a publicly available electronic search tool in violation of Pennsylvania’s Criminal History Record Information Act (“CHRIA”).
