The D.R. Burket Trust (Trust) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Blair County that denied the Trust’s motion for post-trial relief following the trial court’s order granting permanent injunctive relief to the Greenfield Township Municipal Authority (Authority). The trial court ordered the Trust to allow the Authority or its designated contractor to enter upon the Trust’s property on Bed-ford Street in Claysburg to make a lawful connection to the public water system in Greenfield Township (Township).
