This is an interlocutory appeal by Manpower Franchises, Inc., from denial by the District Court of its motion for a preliminary injunction to restrain a former Manpower franchisee, R. Landis Wilkinson, Helen M. Wilkinson, and Landis Wilkinson’s Temporary Services, Inc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as Wilkinson), from competing with Manpower in the temporary help service business in six Florida counties.
