This is an appeal from the decision of the Board of Interference Examiners of the United States Patent Office awarding Bradley priority in an interference proceeding, declared between applications, involving the following two counts:

Process of producing alkymers from isoparaffins and olefins which comprises alkylating an isoparaffin with an olefin by contacting and agitating the olefin, isoparaffin and concentrated sulfuric acid catalyst and maintaining the molecular ratio of isoparaffin to olefin at the point where the olefin initially contacts the sulfuric acid catalyst at least about…
