This appeal arises from an action by two tenants, CH2M Hill Northwest, Inc. (CH2M Hill) and CH2M Hill Industrial Design Corporation (IDC) (collectively referred to as plaintiff), against their landlord, Parktel I, Inc., and Oregon Pacific Investment Development Corporation, doing business as Parkside Center Company (collectively referred to as defendant).
