This suit was originally commenced in the county court to review the probate decree of that court approving the final account of T. J. Lacy as guardian of the estate of Ellen Gray, a minor, and ordering a distribution of the estate. The petition was dismissed in the county court, and an appeal to the district court was again dismissed in both courts for want of jurisdiction.
