BOOKHOUT, Associate Justice.

On June 15, 1907, a local option election was held within and for ¡Navarro County, Texas, for the purpose of determining whether the sale of intoxicating liquor should be prohibited therein. On June 26, 1907, the Commissioners’ Court canvassed the returns of said election and declared the result to be against prohibition by a majority of twelve votes, there being 2488 votes for prohibition and 2500 votes against.
