This case presents error from the district court of Kiowa county, and is an action to recover on an undertaking filed by the plaintiffs in error in an action of replevin. The facts out of which it grows are substantially as follows: On the 18th day of April, 1904, the First National Bank of Hobart, Okla., was a pledgee in possession of eight steel bridges of the value of $4,855, held by it as a security for an indebtedness of $6,000.
