This cause coming on to be heard on the motion of Respondent for summary judgment, due notice having been given the parties hereto, and the Court being fully advised in the premises:

The court finds that this is a standard lapsed appropriation claim against the State of Illinois for travel expenses incurred by a court reporter who rendered services to the Illinois Industrial Commission.
