Plaintiffs Minnie Dorfman (“Dorfman”) and Juster, Inc. (“Juster”) have instituted this action to recover damages resulting from their purchase of Pennsylvania Company (“Pennco”) bonds in reliance on an allegedly false and misleading offering circular issued by the defendants in connection with the sale. Plaintiffs bring this action on their own behalf and on behalf of all those similarly situated pursuant to F.R.Civ.P. 23.
