DECISION

LeTARTE, Chief Judge:

The accused was tried by special court-martial on 9 and 15 September 1975, at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, for a single offense of larceny, in violation of Article 121, 10 U.S.C. § 921, Uniform Code of Military Justice. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty as charged and was sentenced to a bad conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for three months, forfeiture of $50.00 per month for six months and reduction in grade to airman basic.
