On August 13, 1983, plaintiff Timothy D. Monaco was injured while attempting to board a moving shuttle bus at the Ohio State Fair. Plaintiff filed the above-captioned matter seeking damages for the alleged negligence of defendant’s *106employees, which he claims proximately caused his injuries. Conversely, defendants deny they were negligent and assert that plaintiffs own actions were the sole proximate cause of his injuries.
