Appeals from judgments entered pursuant to orders of the court granting judgment notwithstanding the verdicts in favor of both plaintiffs after trial of the cases to a jury.

In May or June 1948, defendant, Schuneman’s, Inc., which operates a large department store in the city of St. Paul, purchased approximately 400 Jane Dunbar coffeemakers from John Leslie Paper Company at a good price for the reason that the Leslie company was discontinuing the sale of this line.
