Park Range Construction, Inc. (“Park Range”) appeals the judgment of the trial court in favor of Newco Atlas (2004), Inc. (“Atlas”), 1 on Atlas’s declaratory judgment action and the trial court’s grant of Atlas’s motion for summary judgment.
