This court upon a previous appeal reversed an order which denied defendant’s motion to dismiss the original complaint and in granting the motion held that the cause of action set forth, whether for breach of contract to loan $25,000 on a bond and mortgage covering plaintiff’s property, or for the conversion of the money so borrowed, was barred by the six-year Statute of Limitations.
