Plaintiff, Bradley Toler* brought the instant declaratory judgment action to determine whether injuries sustained by him while on a hunting trip with the insured, Randy Lingle, came within the terms of a personal vehicle insurance policy issued to Lingle by the defendant, Country Mutual Insurance Company (Country Mutual). Under this policy Country Mutual was obligated to pay damages caused by accidents “arising out of the *** use, including loading and unloading,” of the pickup truck owned by Lingle.
