HODGES, Justice.

The issue for decision in this case is whether a corporation may be formed in this state for the general purpose of en gaging in the business of farming with the power, among others, of owning and holding real estate outside the limits of incorporated cities or towns. The precise question has never been presented to this court before. For the reasons to be stated, the question is answered in the affirmative.
