Plaintiff in this military pay case seeks compensation in the form of back disability retirement pay for her deceased husband, Major (Chaplain) Connor G. Cole. Plaintiff filed her complaint in this court after the Air Force Board for Correction of Military Records (the AFBCMR or the Board) denied her application to correct Major Cole’s records to reflect that he was retired for disability.
