OPINION

HORN, Judge.

FINDINGS OF FACT

Plaintiff, Urmila Banerjee, enlisted in the United States Army and entered on active duty on October 9,1990. She was Honorably Discharged from the Army for Unsatisfactory Performance on June 24, 1991. Ms. Ban-erjee completed her basic training at Fort Dix, New Jersey, and was assigned to the Academy of Health Sciences at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, reporting on February 5, 1991 for further training.
