R. L. Oertel appeals the grant of summary judgment to Chi Psi Fraternity (“National”); Chi Psi Fraternity, Alpha Iota Delta Chapter (“Local”); Armin Steinke, as agent of the fraternity and individually; and Andrew Sain, as agent of the fraternity and individually. Mr. Oertel filed suit against the defendants after he was bitten by a large golden retriever named Spencer that lived at the fraternity house.
