This is an action to enjoin the operation of a quarry. The plaintiff appeals from the judgment by the trial court in favor of the defendants, denying the injunctive relief. The issues on appeal are: (1) whether the verified complaint sufficiently alleged as a ground for injunctive relief that the defendants, October Twenty-Four, Inc., and A.
