Proceeding in mmidamus on the relation of the owner of certain farm lands in Mower county against the county auditor and treasurer of that county to compel acceptance of $1,055.10, being three-fifths of the amount of delinquent taxes theretofore levied and assessed upon the involved premises, which had been forfeited to the state for their nonpayment, pursuant to and in conformity with the provisions of Ex.
