RAPER, Justice.

This case involves assessment procedures for the firemen’s pension fund, followed by the appellant-plaintiff as its statutory trustee with respect to a claim against the ap-pellee-defendant in the sum of $20,433.87 for its pro-rata share of a 1973-74 fiscal year deficiency.
