Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Bryant, J.), entered November 30, 1987 in Tompkins County, upon a decision of the court, without a jury, in favor of plaintiff.
Defendant Kalfco, Inc. was a purchaser of veal calf feed from plaintiff prior to 1980 and a warehouser and regional distributer of such feed for plaintiff from 1981 to 1983. In 1983, the parties agreed to terminate their business relationship when plaintiff refused Kalfco’s demand for a higher compensation rate.
