Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Ceresia, Jr., J.), entered May 4, 1995 in Albany County, upon a decision of the court in favor of plaintiff.
Plaintiff commenced this action to recover damages from the *842two defendants, jointly and severally, based upon allegations that defendants converted the proceeds of the auction sales of three cars and a boat, which plaintiff had previously repossessed in connection with the enforcement of its security interests.
