Plaintiff sued for $6,000 rent for the period from October 1, 1930, to July 1, 1931, on a written lease, made in July, 1928, between Ralph Raulli and Anthony Bizzari, as lessors, and respondent Salvatore Nunziato, as lessee. Only Raulli and Nunziato signed this lease, and the ease presents the question of the liability of a lessee under a lease executed by only one of the two named lessors.
