Plaintiffs filed suit against the Federal Defendants alleging that the Cabin Gulch Project (“Project”) on the Helena Natural Forest violated the Endangered Species Act (“ESA”) with respect to grizzly bears and lynx, and the National Forest Management Act (“NFMA”) and National Environmental Policy Act (“NEPA”) in various ways.
