In this action of trespass for negligence the defendant offered no testimony, the court declined its point for binding instructions, and the jury found for -the plaintiff. Judgment having been entered on the verdict, defendant appeals, assigning as error the refusal of its motion for judgment non obstante veredicto. Therefore the sole question is whether the evidence will sustain the jury’s finding of defendant’s negligence, giving the plaintiff the benefit of all reasonable inferences and deductions therefrom.
