Fenton Dowling and Catherine Dowl-ing were husband and wife and they had one child whose name is Lizzie Farrell. Fenton Dowling obtained a divorce from his wife in the probate court' of Oklahoma county, but it is contended that the decree was void, and that the probate court had no jurisdiction to grant the same. Shortly after procuring this divorce he married one Anna B.
