Elizabeth York, plaintiff. commenced this action in the "distinct court of McCurtain county on the 30th day of December, 1919, against Mary Y. Trigg and Robert York, defendants, to establish her ownership and title in and to an undivided one-third interest in the .estate of Jerome B. York, deceased, and to have canceled, set aside, and held for naught certain deeds and instruments of writing by which Jerome B- York attempted to convev. give, devise, and bequeath certain real and personal property to the defendants.
