This case is on appeal from the March 11, 1991 judgment of the Lucas County-Court of Common Pleas. This judgment was entered following a jury verdict in favor of appellant, Howard F. (Dean) Crosby on his first claim for relief and a verdict in favor of appellees, Sally and Kenneth Beam and Susan and Gary Graves, on appellant’s fifth claim for relief.
