ARNOLD, Judge.
Plaintiff contends that the Industrial Commission erred in finding and concluding that Shauna L. Tinsley was the acknowledged illegitimate child of the deceased, Robert F. Kenan, that Deborah Carpenter was only partially dependent upon the deceased, and that Shauna was entitled to the entire award.
On appeal from an order of the Industrial Commission the jurisdiction of the courts is limited to the questions of law, whether there was competent evidence before the Commission to support its findings of fact and whether such findings justify the legal conclusions and decision of the…
