The developers of two buddings, THF Chesterfield North Development, L.L.C. and THF/TMI Chesterfield Office Development, L.L.C., appeal the trial court’s grant of summary judgment to the City of Chesterfield denying the developers the right to place additional signage outside of two buildings. However, our review of the record makes plain that the city was not entitled to judgment as a matter of law due to a genuine dispute of a material fact, necessitating our reversal of summary judgment.
