DOWD, Judge.
This is an appeal from a judgment of the St. Louis County Circuit Court in which respondents’ motions to dismiss appellants’ amended petition with prejudice were sustained. The substance of respondents’ motions was that the Circuit Court lost jurisdiction over the subject matter since appellants failed to bring an appropriate petition for administrative review within 30 days after receipt of written notice of an administrative decision.
