Claimant-appellant, Robert L. Easterbrook, Jr., appeals as of right a June 10, 1980, probate court order granting the fiduciary of the estate’s motion for accelerated and summary judgment and the fiduciary’s request that the claimant’s second amended statement and proof of claim be dismissed. Claimant also appeals an October 22, 1980, probate court order disallowing claimant’s third amended statement and proof of claim.
