Plaintiff appeals as of right the trial court’s order of no cause of action entered pursuant to a jury verdict on plaintiffs action for fire insurance proceeds. We affirm.

Plaintiff brought this suit in August 2007, seeking damages for breach of contract. In February 2007, plaintiff, his girlfriend, and his friend escaped from a fire in plaintiffs home in Flint.
