SULLIVAN, Judge:

In April and May 1988, appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer members at Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of dereliction of duty as an undercover agent in the Air Force Office of Special Investigations by failing to avoid emotional or sexual involvement with potential female investigation subjects.
