OPINION OF THE COURT
BAILEY, Senior Judge:
The appellant was tried by general court-martial, with members, for two specifications of larceny (Charge I) and two specifications of receiving stolen property (Charge II), in violation of Articles 121 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 921 and 934, respectively. Consistent with his pleas, the appellant was acquitted of Charge I and its specifications, and was found guilty of Charge II and its specifications.
