This is an appeal by the Yuchi (Euchee) Tribe of Indians et al., from an order of the Indian Claims Commission dis*435missing the appellant’s claim for recovery in their own right of the value of certain land ceded to the United States Government by the treaties of August 9, 1814, 7 Stat. 120, and June 16,1802, 7 Stat. 68, for which they claim no compensation was paid.
