LEISURE, District Judge:

This is an action for compensatory, punitive and treble damages, and other relief, arising from alleged violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961, et. seq., as well as numerous pendent state law claims. Defendants Joe L. Mayes, Sr. (“Mayes Sr.”), Joe D. Mayes, Jr. (“Mayes Jr.”), and Mayes International, Inc.
