Defendants Patrick J. Cunningham and John J. Sweeney appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Charles L. Brieant, Judge, disqualifying their respective attorneys in a pending criminal prosecution. 1 The court disqualified Cunningham’s counsel, Michael E.
