Plaintiff, a Japanese corporation having an office in the City of New York, by three several written contracts, agreed to sell to defendant, a corporation of this Commonwealth with its principal office in our City of Chester, and the latter agreed to buy one hundred bales of raw silk, of the character and at the prices specified therein.
