This action is brought against defendants, Market Street Railway Company, a corporation, its directors 1 and its treasurer, by plaintiff, city and county of San Francisco, a municipal corporation, in its own behalf and for all persons possessing causes of action against defendant railway company, for an injunction to restrain the payment by it of certain moneys. A temporary restraining order and order to show cause was issued on the filing of the complaint.
