This is an action for bodily injuries allegedly resulting from a fall on a sidewalk due to the negligence of the defendants.

The defendants have filed separate motions to require plaintiff to submit to a physical examination by a doctor or doctors to be selected by the defendants. The defendant, The City of Ashtabula, in oral argument, requested that Dr. J. Richard Nolan of Ashtabula, Ohio, an orthopedic surgeon, be selected to conduct the physical examination.
