This matter comes before the Court in the context of a motion for dismissal filed by BKC Associates. This motion for dismissal was filed as a result of a motion filed by the debtor which sought to extend the time within which to assume or reject a certain lease entered into with BKC Associates. The Court held hearings to determine whether the bankruptcy petition in the instant matter was a result of a validly adopted corporate resolution, and thus, is correctly within the jurisdiction of this Court.
