DECISION ON MOTIONS TO DISMISS AND FOR SUBSTANTIVE CONSOLIDATION OF THE BANKRUPTCY CASES

I. INTRODUCTION

Before me are three motions. 1 Because they are interrelated, I will decide them together. First are motions 2 filed by Status Eyes Ltd. (“Status Eyes”) and Traekwise Sales Corporation (“Traekwise”) to dismiss the Chapter 11 cases 3 of Paolo Gucci (“Gucci”), Millfield Stables Ltd.
