The defendants appeal from a judgment against them and from an order denying their motion for a new trial in a suit brought by plaintiff on a promissory note for four hundred dollars, besides interest, and to foreclose a mortgage given to secure said note. There is also an appeal from an order denying one Charles Orendorff the right to intervene.
