TAYLOR, Justice.

March 23, 1957, defendants (appellants), husband and wife,- executed and delivered a trust deed to Title and Trust Company, as trustee, for the use and benefit of the plaintiffs (respondents), as beneficiaries. The deed was given to secure the payment of a promissory note of even date, executed by defendants and payable to plaintiffs, the beneficiaries, in installments of $25 per month, commencing April 23, 1957.
